Top court quashes controversial boys custody decision
Ljubljana, 10 October - The Constitutional Court has quashed a child custody decision that sparked a public outcry in Slovenia in 2016 after two boys from Velenje who lived with their maternal grandparents after their father killed their mother had been placed in foster care. The court ordered a retrial.
