Bakers vow to reduce salt in breadmaking

Ljubljana, 16 October - Honouring today's World Food Day, eight baking companies signed an agreement striving for reducing the amount of salt they use in breadmaking. This is a third vow coming from Slovenia's food industry aimed at enabling healthier lifestyles.
