Paper argues in favour of provinces

Koper, 18 October - The Koper-based regional newspaper Primorske Novice explains just why Slovenia needs to be divided into provinces, finding in its editorial on Friday that the only way to get MPs to endorse regionalisation is by public pressure, which does not appear to be forthcoming at the moment.
