EU court to start oral hearings in Teran case on 3 December

Brussels, 13 November - The General Court of the European Union will start with oral hearings related to Slovenia's legal action against the European Commission for granting Croatia a derogation enabling it to use Teran, the name of red wine protected by Slovenia, on 3 December, shows the calendar of the Luxembourg-based court.
