Gault & Millau crowns star chef Roš and Zemono Manor restaurant
Ljubljana, 14 November - The prestigious culinary guide Gault & Millau has named Pri Lojzetu restaurant at the Zemono Manor House in the western Vipava Valley as the highest-ranking restaurant in Slovenia for 2020, while celebrated chef Ana Roš of another top restaurant Hiša Franko has been awarded Chef of the Year 2020.
