Despite monthly spike, Slovenia's jobless total still down y/y

Ljubljana, 5 February - Slovenia's jobless total hit 79,841 at the end of January, an increase of 6% from December that is mainly due to the expiry of fixed-term job contracts. The number is still 3.6% lower than in January 2019, data from the Employment Service show.
