Minister to seek police powers for army next week to secure border

Ljubljana, 20 March - Interior Minister Aleš Hojs expects he will present his proposal to invoke legislation that would give the army police powers to deputy factions next week. He says the sole purpose of the measure is to secure Slovenia's south border against increasing illegal migration.
