NIJZ pandemic public procurement infringement ruling upheld, says report

Ljubljana, 5 September - The Higher Court in Ljubljana has upheld a first instance court ruling that found the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) and its former head Milan Krek in violation of the public procurement act in a pandemic contact tracing deal, the news portal 24ur reported Wednesday evening.
