Info commissioner: Only voluntary use of tracing app acceptable

Ljubljana, 26 June - Commenting on the possibility of introducing a tracing app to monitor contacts with those infected with coronavirus, the Information Commissioner Office said on Friday that such apps posed a lot of issues regarding privacy and personal data protection, adding that only their voluntary use was acceptable in line with EU law.
