State bodies increasingly unresponsive, FoI guardian's report shows

Ljubljana, 25 May - The number of complaints about unresponsiveness by institutions bound by freedom of information (FoI) law increased to reach 44% of all complaints addressed to the Information Commissioner in 2019, according to the office's report for last year. The number of all complaints meanwhile remained roughly at the 2018 level.
