Media reform would hurt public interest, says journalists' union

Ljubljana, 14 July - The Slovenian Union of Journalists opposes the recently unveiled media reform since it believes the amendments are "targeted against the plurality and democratic nature of the media landscape and market". The union said on Tuesday it was also critical of strengthening the role of the authorities in public media.
