Večer says EU losing direction

Maribor, 21 July - The EU is about to lose direction as countries arrange themselves into small clubs, trying to reach their own objectives with the help of other like-minded member states, the newspaper Večer says in Tuesday's commentary on the ongoing EU summit on the block's new budget and the recovery fund, which started on Friday.
