Delo says bureaucratic approach to virus killing culture workers
Ljubljana, 20 August - Delo says on Thursday that the anti-coronavirus measures so far have been marked by improvisation, which may also be required in the future. It however argues this has has been a bureaucratic type of improvisation, which has hurt many groups, in particular culture workers, and calls for more free-thinking and affirmative solutions.
