Govt replaces head of national Forest Service

Ljubljana, 14 September - The government has dismissed Damjan Oražem as the head of the national Forest Service, replacing him with Janez Logar. Oražem's dismissal, confirmed last Friday, was proposed by Agriculture, Food and Forestry Minister Aleksandra Pivec, who had pointed to some of the accusations raised against him in the media.
