Report: District court stops legal procedure in Rupnik case
Ljubljana, 1 October - The Ljubljana District Court has stopped legal proceedings in the case of Leon Rupnik, a Nazi collaborationist general, the newspaper Dnevnik reported on Thursday. According to Dnevnik's unofficial information, the court made the decision based on the criminal procedure act, which says legal procedures stop if the defendant dies.
