Exceptions defined in more detail regarding curfew, crossing of regions

Ljubljana, 23 October - The government has set more details regarding lockdown measures and exceptions to the ban on crossing Slovenia's statistical regions, as the whole country was declared a red zone on Thursday, including the coastal Obalno-Kraška region, the only one that was still orange-coded.
