EU commissioner critical of delays in taking anti-Covid measures

Ljubljana, 5 November - Slovenia is the fourth hardest-hit EU country in terms of coronavirus in the second wave of the pandemic, European Crisis Management Commissioner Janez Lenarčič said as he addressed Thursday's videoconference on the response to the pandemic, organised by Slovenia's Civil Protection.
