Info commissioner requests interpretation of freedom of info act

Ljubljana, 13 November - Information Commissioner Mojca Prelesnik has asked the National Assembly to provide an authentic interpretation of the public information access act after courts have been denying access to court documents following a judgement issued by the Supreme Court in May. The Supreme Court says its ruling was misinterpreted.
