Dnevnik argues against restrictions for leaving the country

Ljubljana, 23 November - The newspaper Dnevnik takes issue on Monday with the current coronavirus restrictions concerning crossing the border to third countries. If restricting the movement between municipalities with all the exceptions could perhaps be justified, although even Constitutional judges are divided on it, a ban on leaving the country is highly unusual.
