First case of plasma treatment for Covid-19 patient in Slovenia a success

Ljubljana, 27 November - The Slovenian Blood Transfusion Centre has confirmed that it issued the first two units of plasma for the treatment of a Covid-19 patient a few days ago. The centre was later informed by the UKC Ljubljana hospital that the condition of the patient, who had developed pneumonia as part of Covid-19, had improved after the plasma treatment.
