Dnevnik ponders the effect of EEZ on arbitration award

Ljubljana, 3 December - The newspaper Dnevnik writes about the continued stall in the implementation of the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration award, which it says is now becoming even more problematic as Croatia and Italy are planning to declare exclusive economic zones (EEZ) in the Adriatic.
