EANA urges govt to resume STA financing
Bern, 14 December - The European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA) has addressed a letter to Prime Minister Janez Janša urging him to reinstate the financing of the Slovenian Press Agency (STA). The EANA says that "the suspension of financing could only be explained as a form of pressure on the independence of the STA".
