Delo warns of traps ahead for new CDU leader

Ljubljana, 18 January - In its Monday's front-page commentary, the newspaper Delo writes that Armin Laschet's victory as the new leader of Germany's Christian Democrats (CDU) is mainly the result of Chancellor Angela Merkel's popularity due to her empathy- and science-based style of leadership during the coronavirus crisis, warning of the traps therein.
