Court asked to examine contributions payment delay allowed by corona legislation
Ljubljana, 28 January - A trade union association has asked the Constitutional Court to examine a provision under which the Financial Administration can allow an employer that has suffered a loss of income due to the coronavirus epidemic to delay social security contributions for its workers by up to two years or pay them in 24 monthly instalments.
