Top court says auditors may review central bank supervision

Ljubljana, 19 April - The Constitutional Court has decided that the Court of Audit has the right to scrutinise the supervisory practices of the central bank, as it decided that several provisions of legislation that had been challenged by the central bank are not unconstitutional.
