Brussels, 12 May - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Gašper Dovžan took part in a session of the EU General Affairs Council in Brussels on Tuesday discussing the Covid-19 pandemic, and preparations for an emergency summit of EU leaders to be held at the end of the month.
