Top court annuls municipal decree on Tito Road renaming
Ljubljana, 1 June - The Constitutional Court has annulled a decree with which the Radenci municipality renamed last December Tito Road the Road of Slovenian Independence. The court argues that by promulgating the decree before a deadline for a potential referendum request expired, Mayor Roman Leljak acted unlawfully.
