Delo sees national recovery plan as missed opportunity
Ljubljana, 8 June - Slovenia's national recovery and resilience plan is increasingly turning out to be a missed opportunity for the country to finance a development breakthrough with EU funds, Delo comments on Tuesday, arguing that Slovenian decision-makers "are incapable of a broad and strategic deliberation on the future".
