MPs debate environmental impact of Črnomelj biogas plant

Ljubljana, 30 June - The impact of the biogas plant in Črnomelj on the population in the area and, in particular, on the endemic and vulnerable black olm was discussed by two parliamentary committees on Tuesday. While the opposition proposed strict measures, the MPs eventually decided to call for tighter control of environmental standards at the location.
