Paper says Janša's understanding of rule of law complete U-turn

Ljubljana, 3 July - Dnevnik says in Saturday's commentary that the rule of law as understood by Prime Minister Janez Janša is a 180-degree turn away from normality, with the self-willed and arrogant ignoring of legislative rules by the current government raising eyebrows abroad.
