Vote against new waters act also vote against govt, says Dnevnik

Ljubljana, 9 July - The newspaper Dnevnik says on Friday that a vote against the new waters law in a referendum will also be a vote against the government, noting that this Sunday will mark the first time citizens could have a direct impact on the government's conduct.
