Delo looks at "brand new" Taliban

Ljubljana, 18 August - Looking at the Taliban victory in Afghanistan, Delo says in Wednesday's commentary that it was achieved by a new generation of talib warriors, who waited 20 years for this victorious moment, and are now presenting themselves as a reformed and legitimate political organisation locally and internationally.
