Paper says crisis cannot be resolved by coercion, fear-mongering

Koper, 1 October - Primorske Novice says in Friday's commentary that what both the current government and those who want to be its antipode should be aware of in the Covid-19 crisis is that it cannot be resolved by coercion or fear-mongering.
