Govt lifts ban on outdoor culture events but restrictions remain

Ljubljana, 12 November - The government has decided to lift a ban on outdoor culture events, which however must be held in line with safety recommendations, after NGOs and concert organisers opposed a decree allowing only indoor events. Cultural events will now be allowed outdoors for those vaccinated, reconvalescent or tested using face masks and keeping a distance.
