No respite from Covid yet with over 1,800 cases on Sunday
Ljubljana, 15 November - Slovenia saw another 1,815 people test positive for coronavirus on Sunday as cases kept climbing week-on-week and over half of the PCR tests came back positive, according to the National Institute of Public Health.
The 7-day average of new cases has thus increased by as much as 76 from the day before to 3,224, and the 14-day incidence rate per 100,000 people is up by 27 to 2,030.
An estimated 42,807 people are currently infected in the country.
As many as 53% of the PCR tests performed yesterday returned positive.
