Večer: Energy crisis aid should have been here already

Ljubljana, 8 January - The newspaper Večer is critical on Saturday of the government for feet-dragging in addressing the issue of rising energy prices, saying that concrete solutions should already be here, be it in the form of vouchers or subsidies, "because the winter will be long".
