Večer says war in Ukraine to trigger tectonic shift

Ljubljana, 5 March - The newspaper Večer says on Saturday that the war in Ukraine is a clash between two different systems of governance that will trigger a tectonic shift in the balance of power in the world. The paper is also critical of the government's handling of the situation.
