New coronavirus cases up in a day and week

Ljubljana, 20 April - A total of 2,124 new coronavirus infections were confirmed in Slovenia on Tuesday, a rise from 1,604 cases a week ago, and up by as many as 1,667 cases from Monday, a bank holiday when fewer tests were carried out. Three infected patients died, data from the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) and Health Ministry shows.
