German turnaround fund Mutares signs deal to acquire Cimos
Koper, 27 May - The German turnaround fund Mutares has signed a deal with Italy's TCH Cogeme to acquire the Slovenian car parts maker Cimos and its subsidiaries for an undisclosed sum. The takeover is expected to be concluded in the third quarter of 2022, Cimos said in a press release on Friday.
