Another petition for referendum on new Covid law filed

Ljubljana, 6 July - As a second petition for a referendum on the changes to the communicable diseases act was filed on Wednesday, the parliamentary legal service is deliberating on whether a referendum can be allowed on this piece of legislation under Slovenia's Constitution in the first place, as the changes remedy the parts deemed unconstitutional.
