MPs pass bill to transfer bad bank onto SSH

Ljubljana, 25 October - The National Assembly passed in a 51:2 vote on Tuesday changes to the 2014 Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) act that serve as a basis to transfer the assets of the country's bad bank, the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC), onto SSH by the end of the year and to improve corporate government at state-owned companies.
