Govt says bad bank property cannot be transferred to Housing Fund

Ljubljana, 27 October - Responding to calls from NGOs for the real estate owned by the bad bank to the transferred to the Housing Fund, the government reiterated that this real estate would be used to solve housing issues, while noting that such a transfer could not be made under the emerging decree regulating the legal succession of the bad bank.
