Dnevnik says Slovenia completely failed in irrigation

Ljubljana, 4 November - Dnevnik says in Friday's commentary that Slovenia has completely failed when it comes to irrigation as its agricultural sector was hit this year with the most devastating drought to date. The newspaper thus calls for more investment in prevention, instead of elimination of consequences of drought.
