Primorske opposes idea to abolish upper chamber of parliament

Koper, 5 November - Primorske Novice opposes the idea that the National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, should be abolished because it no longer serves its purpose. It says in Saturday's commentary that it may not be perfect, but it is still relevant.
