Civil group appeals inadmissibility of marriage equality referendum
Ljubljana, 11 November - The conservative Children Are at Stake Coalition has appealed to the Constitutional Court against the decision of the National Assembly to declare a referendum on changes to the family code that allow gay marriages and adoptions inadmissible. In the appeal, they also list arguments for recusal of three Constitutional Court judges in the matter.
