Turnout by 4pm at 36.7%

Ljubljana, 13 November - Turnout in the second round of Slovenia's presidential election on Sunday hit 36.7% by 4pm, almost two percentage points higher than in the first round of voting three weeks ago, as 622,317 voters cast their ballots, the National Electoral Commission said.
