Run-off in Maribor pits incumbent Arsenovič against ex-Mayor Kangler

Maribor, 20 November - Maribor voters have sent incumbent Mayor Saša Arsenovič into a run-off with Franc Kangler, a former mayor swept away in 2012 by a popular revolt over speed traps, in what signals a rerun of the 2018 vote, according to results after 99% of the votes were counted on Sunday.
