ALFI PE fund acquiring Generali GEF

Ljubljana, 22 November - ALFI PE, which is part of Slovenia's largest alternative investments fund, has signed a contract with the Slovenian portfolio management company Generali Investments to acquire its Generali Growth Equity Fund (GEF), Generali Investments said on Tuesday. The value of the deal, which is pending regulatory approvals, has not been disclosed.
