EU approves Gonvarri's purchase of Slovenia's Hidria
Ljubljana, 25 November - The European Commission has green-lit Spanish automotive industry supplier Gonvarri's takeover of a 42% stake in Slovenia's industrial conglomerate Hidria, one of the leading Slovenian suppliers of the global car industry.
