Delo says higher pay for doctors should come with new rules

Ljubljana, 29 November - Commenting on the doctors' demands for higher pay, the newspaper Delo says in Tuesday's front-page commentary that the government should meet their demands for a raise and bonuses but set new rules for their work because some doctors are cleverly abusing the system by working both in the public and private sectors.
